Absolutely. Every tote is commercially sanitized, inspected, and wiped down before it is delivered to your door.
We do ask that an authorized adult be present at both drop-off and pickup so we can review the inventory together. If a scheduled delivery or pickup can’t be completed as arranged, cancellation can occur along with the loss of your deposit, plus a rescheduling fee should your scheduled pickup date need to change.

Yes. We offer custom volume pricing for commercial office relocations. Please submit a request through our form and note that it is a commercial move in the instructions.
Because reservations secure limited physical inventory, the initial 30% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, any additional payments made will be fully refunded.
