We drop off clean, sanitized totes and a dolly right to your door. No assembly, no tape, no building boxes at midnight. Pack, stack, and roll.
3. You Unpack, We Pick Up
When you’re unpacked, we come get everything. No hauling to the curb, no trip to the convenience center. Unpack and you’re done.

Our standard packages include a 2-week rental. This gives you time to pack before moving day and unpack at your own pace in your new home.
We know moves can sometimes take longer than anticipated. Extensions are based on inventory availability and billed weekly at your package rate. Just reach out at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup and we’ll check what’s possible.

Absolutely. Every tote is commercially sanitized, inspected, and wiped down before it is delivered to your door.
We do ask that an authorized adult be present at both drop-off and pickup so we can review the inventory together. If a scheduled delivery or pickup can’t be completed as arranged, cancellation can occur along with the loss of your deposit, plus a rescheduling fee should your scheduled pickup date need to change.

A good rule of thumb is to go by bedroom count. If you’re between sizes or have a heavily furnished home, sizing up ensures you won’t run short mid-move. When in doubt, we’re happy to help you choose.
You do not pay when submitting your initial request. Once we verify inventory for your dates, we will send a secure digital invoice via email or text. A 30% deposit is required to officially lock in your delivery window. The remaining balance is due on or before your scheduled delivery date.

Yes. We offer custom volume pricing for commercial office relocations. Please submit a request through our form and note that it is a commercial move in the instructions.
Because reservations secure limited physical inventory, the initial 30% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, any additional payments made will be fully refunded. Fair question. If you buy heavy-duty cardboard and packing tape, renting totes is highly cost-competitive. If you spend days driving to grocery stores hunting for free boxes, cardboard is cheaper but you pay with your time.
